What a PERFECT weekend for this event! Terrific weather, breeze usually parked in that sweet spot between too little and too much, the smell of sun screen wafting over the water, having Penn Cove (nearly) to ourselves, tight racing (and exchanges of leads) between those in contention, occasional bursts of excellence by the rest of the fleet, and mostly smiles all around. Oh, and watch for that daring port tack start … wait for it … well, you’ll see it in the photo set. What fun!
